Who We Are
Hard Knocks Workshop is a hands-on skills program for kids aged 10–15, currently in the planning phase. This site is operated by the Hard Knocks Workshop founders. Questions can be sent to hardknocksworkshop@gmail.com.
What We Collect
The only way we collect information is through the survey on this site. Survey responses include:
- Your answers to survey questions (how you describe yourself, screen time concern, skills preferences, etc.)
- Optionally: your name, email address, and city or zip code — only if you choose to provide them
All contact information is completely optional. The survey can be completed anonymously.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this site.
How We Use It
Survey responses are used for one purpose: to understand what the community wants from a hands-on skills program for kids. We use this information to decide what to build, whether to move forward, and how to structure the program.
If you left your email address, we will contact you only when the program is ready to open — nothing else.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. Survey responses are stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to the Hard Knocks Workshop founders.
Third-Party Services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address as part of the standard request. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Survey submissions are processed through an automation service before being stored. No submission data is retained by that service beyond what is needed to route it to storage.
Data Retention
We keep survey responses for as long as the program is in the planning phase. If we decide not to move forward with the program, all responses will be deleted. If you provided contact information and would like it removed at any time, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
You can request that we delete any information you submitted at any time. Email hardknocksworkshop@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
This policy covers hardknocksworkshop.com only. If anything here is unclear, email us.
